"Walampuri" is an upcoming Sri Lankan film directed by Lakmal Dharmarathna, known for his work on the acclaimed television series "Koombiyo." The film follows a group of five village con men, each possessing unique skills, who form a traveling performance troupe to disguise their illicit activities. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they are approached by Swami, a con artist posing as a Hindu priest, who convinces them to impersonate businessmen in a scheme to purchase two "Walampuris''.
